Change of Internet pack

Good afternoon,

I have the Internet pack "Internet Beaucoup" (100Mbps, 150 Go). I wanted to know how I could change to the Wahoo Internet pack, with unlimited volume, and if I would have to pay any fees to do this change (activation, installation or any other kind of fee).

Hi Victor,

Normaly, you have just to ask the change, you can make it here on the forum, one "voo expert" will take action.
Also normaly, the change is free of charge and you have noting to do for the installation ( but perhaps, if your modem is verry old, there is need to change it, just for more confort).

I think that the change will occure on 1 december.

A "Voo expert" will confirm all of these informations.

As Marcs said, you won't have any fees to pay to change your Pack. If you want, I can do the modification for you. I juste need your confirmation to do the necessary :)
