My Evasion Box has been displaying error code 6015. I was finally able to get a friend to translate while we spoke with your help desk. Except for the fact that I do not speak French, your technician was great. After troubleshooting and helping us to remove and reinsert the hard drive, she determined we need a new one, and set a prompt appointment for a technician to come and replace the defective drive. I was most impressed with your ability to use the camera on my phone to let the help desk expert see what was happening in real time.
Thanks for the help and the very knowledgeable and professional technician who assisted me.
