Arlon disconnected

Since this afternoon no connection. Restarted the router many times. Until now(23h30), no solution!!!

No information for the customer.

Concerning your technical problem, I see in your file that an incident is affecting 6700 ARLON at the moment.
Disruptions are to be expected over the next few days. These are not planned interventions, but interventions in response to a breakdown that has occurred.

Thank you for the suggestion and sorry for that. But as a client, i'm not happy as you can imagine. And for people doing remote work or online class this is not appreciated.

Is there an estimated date to fix it?

The intervention should be completed by the end of the afternoon according to the internal information available. 

I understand that you are not happy with the situation, but we have no choice but to intervene on our facilities to fix the technical issues.
