Broken Modem

As usually in every few months, my modem CGA4233 broken down. My WiFi and power leds are continuous green, but my internet led @ is blinking red. Phone led is not on. 

I checked as usually the coax connection ( the led is continuous green ), performed the power unplug etc. 

As it happens every few months with this cheap modem, please come and change it as my internet got broken again. 

I am waiting for your help and sincerely I am very pissed of by it’s quality especially that last time when I had a pb I tried to call on the English phone number, I waited a lot, got responses just in French then was taxed around 100-120€ just for that call where I struggled to express myself, even though I selected the English version and this person spoke just French, not even 1 word in English 

my customer nr is 00xxxxxxx and I am a network engineer as well, I know when I modem gets broken

To be honest I would like to be helped and to schedule a technician to come to fix it. I do not like to be pointed out from one part to another and to respond yes to the steps which I did. I just want to change this broken modem again.

With this post there are all the needed details to come to change the modem. Please help me, ty

Ty for your responses. So tomorrow will the chat be able to schedule me someone to come to replace the modem, or will I be redirected to the forum once more?
