Connection lost (Woluwe-Saint-Pierre / Chant d'oiseau)

Internet stopped working since ca. 9:30 today. Setup and configurations within the home (e.g. cables, modem, positioning, other devices) are unchanged. Rebooting the modem and other interventions have not helped.

The problem seems to be with the VOO network/infrastructure in the area (Rue du Bemel, Chant d'oiseau).

Please check the network and advise on solutions.

The issues you are currently experiencing are indeed related to a general incident reported in your area. The network service is on the case, and the team in charge of resolving the issue says that services should be restored by the end of the day/early evening. This is therefore not related to your personal installation.
