My internet is not working, AGAIN. Every time there is a free holiday, I lose connection. The @ light flashes all the time. The last time this happened it was fixed remotely. Please try again.

Hello ! @karakaway,
Your modem is currently connected with correct values.
I can notice a loss of connection this Thursday around 5:30 pm, but I can't see any remote cause. The signal was OK before the loss and was just as good after reconnecting. When did you encounter a similar problem before this? Was the “@” light red?
