Terminate the contract
Dear Sir or Madam,
I'm leaving Belgium on August 3rd. How can I terminate my voo contract? What should be done before that?
If possible, I would like to use the internet as late as possible.

Hi,
The only way to cancel your subscription is to call the phone number 04 266 41 14.
Then you need to return your material, they will explain to you where and when.

That number is not working. There is only French mutation but unfortunately I don't speak that language. Are there any working option how to manage it?

The number in question is no longer available, it has since changed.
It has been replaced by 078/505050. By selecting 2, then 4 in the menu, you'll get to the service in question.
