Unstable internet connection
For the past three months, the internet connection keeps dropping off every 15-20 minutes. It does not matter what time, it happens all throughout the day. Restarting and repositioning the modem has not solved the problem. This is very troubling because there are several times when I have been disconnected from online conference calls. I hope there is an immediate solution.

I indeed notice signal losses on your modem.
Given the checks you have already performed, it is better to send you a technician to find a solution.
He can come from Monday to Friday in the morning (between 8 AM and 1 PM) or in the afternoon (between 1 PM and 5 PM).
Do not hesitate to let me know your availability so that I can schedule an appointment for you, keeping in mind that you (or another adult) must be present to avoid a travel fee of €50.
