Phone number not cancelled
Hello, my mobile number 455xxxxxx is not cancelled and you keep charging me. How many times i should write or call or approach you in the office to cancel. Iam writing to crime office that you are either not cancellingy mobile number but kept charging me 19 euros in sept and again 14 euros in oct. Iam not using your sim. Since August, I have asked you to cancel. Please refund my fees. I am in US and calling your customer care number and no English person available. I had called or messaged here several times. Let me know if i have to hire any attorney to prove you VOO guilty that you are unnecessarily charging even though i have given proper notice in July 31st for cancellation.

@radhakrishnan Like said in the original post, there is no more personal support on the Voo forum. You have to call the hotline (078 50 50 50), or use the Voo accounts on the social networks.

Dear horrible VOO support or customer call support, I have called from US and no one picks to speak in English. I AM REPEATING, one more time that iam saying i called belgium support and all related parties to disconnect my wifi mobile connection on august. I even returned my modem. You still charge me..i dont owe you anything and why are you sending invoice. I did my duties with proper notifications but VOO didnt deliver. Pls refund my money for Sept and Oct. Unwanted charges for me.
