Termination of contract
Hello, i tried to call the provided phone number 04 2664114 to cancel my internet as I will be moving out of country but it is not possible for me as I dont speak French and they are not speaking English. I ask for other colleague but not possible.
Can you please advice me how to procede or if someone could call me in ENG?

Hello, I contacted the customer support yet no answear was given to me unfortunately despite being more than 48 hours as promised. May I ask to help me as I need to terminate the contract by 31/7.
is there any form to fill in? How can I return the modem? Thank you for your help
