Deactivation

I requested my internet and mobile cancelation via Form,
Internet was canceled and with some more aditional problems, 
The modem wa returned.
In the begining of the month I noted the SIM card was not working. 
Now I received an invoide for this month. Checked again the card and its working. 
What sould I do, submit a new form? Im already out of the country.

I'm surprised that the mobile subscription is still active. Can you confirm that the number ends with 0661 ?

 

Once it's confirmed, I'll cancel the subscription. I won't be able to cancel it on a prior date, but I'll cancel the for May.

Yes . It ends for 0661. Maybe it works because its in roaming.

@geraldes I have canceled both the subscription and the bill (23€); you can simply ignore it.
