No Internet after change to New SIM Card

Dear

I changed my SIM CARD for the device it say 4G but not internet when you try to serf

I defined the APN : internet.voo.be MCC 206 MNC 08 but internet still do not work

What is the model of your phone? It is possible that a reconfiguration of the APN may be necessary for you to be able to benefit from 4G again.

I defined APN : internet.voo.be MCC 206 MNC 08 and also it is the a bran new sim card.

It is not a phone - it is a Chinese made android device I use just for navigation.

I see 4G signal on the screen but when I I;m not able to browse internet ,

I'm not using any VPN. The CPU of the device os MSM 8953 Qualcome Snapdragon 625 2G Ram
