SIM Card Activation

I cannot activate my SIM Card

We went to the VOO Store at the Grand PRIX in Mons earlier today and the staff helped us change out our SIM Cards and we were told it can take 1-60 minutes. It has been several hours since then and the cards have not activated. I do not have an activation code nor did I receive an e-mail from VOO that provided me the activation code.

I have also been told it can take up to several days for it to get activated. 

I am looking for guidance as to what to do next, other than returning to the VOO store tomorrow
