Why is my mobile connection not working in Monaco?

I have one of my mobili phone in monaco for the moment and this phone is not able to connect to GSM as 4/5G network

Monaco is not included in the EU, therefore the on-site consumptions are not included in your package. You will find the current rates here.

 

If you wish to use your mobile phone in Monaco, you need to modify your "Budget Maitrisé", which defines the limit of the out-of-bundle consumptions allowed. It is currently at 0.

 

You can modify the limit in myVOO.

In the screenshot, I see that you indeed have 5G. Is it via your VOO SIM card or a local SIM card? 

Could you try connecting to another local network to see if you can use your services?
